Pre-Order Items
For Pre-Order Items, a waiting period of 1-3weeks applies. Should the item(s) be out of stock, we'll do a refund. Alternatively, you may opt to purchase other products from the site.
Confirmation of Purchase
An email will be sent to you as a confirmation (total postage fees and amount payable will be included) upon successful placement of order. The item(s) will be reserved till payment is received within the next 24hrs. Otherwise, item(s) will be released for sale to the next interested buyer.

Delivery
"ShopforBB" shall not be liable for missing articles. Thus, it's highly recommended that you opt for registered mail or courier service.
All postages will be mailed out via SingPost within 1-2 working day from receipt of payment. For more information on postages, you may refer to SingPost.
Exchange & Refunds
All purchases are final and will not be accepted for exchange or refund. However, if item(s) is out of stock and payment has been made, we'll refund the amount paid to your specified bank account.
All items are checked for defects before delivery. Thus, we will not be responsible for damages arising from delivery.
